Meet Your Hosts

Beth Skitmore Yoga: Beth is a 200hr qualified Apanaveda Yoga Teacher and has been teaching classes around the Norfolk coast and countryside for the last two years, growing a dedicated following of yogi’s pursuing their practice. During her training, she delved into all aspects of the yoga world, from in depth anatomy to philosophical texts – of which she hopes to share the wonders to other curious beings.

Beth holds nurturing spaces where practitioners of all levels can explore the beauty of a yoga practice more deeply, become more self aware and mindful both on and off the mat. Alongside weekly classes open to the public, she hosts special offerings such as; Surf & Yoga Retreats/ Wellbeing Classes/ Relaxation evenings and much more!

Nikki from The Root Cause: Nikki is a Health Coach and Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist committed to helping individuals unlock their full potential for vibrant well-being. Nikki works with clients to understand the root cause of their health concerns and guides and supports them on their journey towards optimal health and vitality.

Her passion for empowering others to make positive lifestyle changes shines through in her 1:1 consultations and workshops as she shares practical insights and realistic strategies for living a life of balanced health.

Together, Beth and Nikki bring a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and inspiration to the Nourish & Nurture Day Retreat. With their guidance and support, participants can embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation, leaving refreshed, renewed, and ready to embrace holistic wellness.

What to Expect

Start your day with a nurturing yoga class led by Beth, focusing on gentle movement, balanced breathing, and guided relaxation.

Explore the core pillars of health and nutrition in a workshop with Nikki from The Root Cause, gaining valuable insights into holistic well-being.

Indulge in a delicious vegetarian/vegan lunch provided by Little Pie Patisserie, featuring seasonal and locally sourced dishes.

Set your health intentions with a guided journaling session led by Nikki.

I am currently in my final year of training to become a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM).
